FN Trading Lab Is Expanding Its Partner Network#
As a long-running IB in the Vietnamese market, FN Trading Lab has built up enough trading volume to reach the highest partner tiers at XM, Exness, and Vantage — tiers a new IB would typically need months, sometimes years, of volume-building to reach on their own. Instead of starting from scratch, partners who join FN Trading Lab's network inherit these tiers from day one.
What Is an IB, and What's a Sub-IB (MIB)?#
An IB (Introducing Broker) is an individual or entity that refers traders to a broker and earns commission based on those traders' trading volume (lots) — commission is paid consistently, regardless of whether the referred trader wins or loses.
A Sub-IB / Master IB (MIB) operates a level up: beyond referring traders directly, an MIB can build a team of smaller IBs underneath them and earn an additional share of commission from the whole team's activity (commonly called override commission) — on top of the commission earned from traders the MIB refers directly.
In simple terms: you can start as an IB (referring traders directly), and once you've built experience or a network of your own, grow into an MIB role (building a team of IBs beneath you). These are the partner tiers FN Trading Lab's network currently has access to at the time of writing (2026-08-28) — brokers can adjust tier structures and rates over time, so FN Trading Lab will confirm the exact figures in effect when you register.
The Monthly Volume Bonus Program#
On top of the per-lot/spread commission above, all three brokers also run a separate monthly volume bonus for partners who hit a set trading-volume threshold in a given month — up to $3,000/month at XM, and up to $880/month each at Exness and Vantage. This is an additional bonus on top of standard commission, calculated on the combined trading volume of all traders a partner has referred — not a flat amount paid to every partner.
Important: these are maximum ("up to") bonus figures, not guaranteed income. An IB/Sub-IB's actual earnings depend entirely on the number and trading volume of the traders they refer — reaching the maximum bonus is not guaranteed.
